NEW YORK (AP) — A jury awarded $2.3 million to a man who was drunk when he fell into the path of a subway train and lost part of his leg. Dustin Dibble, 25, admitted he doesn’t even remember the incident at the Union Square subway station in April 2006. Dibble’s lawyer argued that the motorman had time to stop when he saw Dibble lying on the tracks. The jury agreed.
